Sacral Chakra Sound Bowl Event
Are you on your chakra healing journey?
Join us over the course of the few months as we dive into healing each Chakra with major intentions!
Bring your water bottle, pen and journal for intention setting and fun note taking before we settle in!
You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat for extra cushion although we do have some at the studio that you may absolutely borrow.
I will be sure to go into depth about what the Sacral chakra represents for us and how it shows up in our daily lives!
Melissa will be slaying the sound bowls while I work on your Sacral chakra with Reiki followed by assisted stretching for your neck and shoulders along with a delicious scalp massage while the incredible Aspen offers Cranial Sacral therapy work on the head and some massage if needed!
We look forward to continuing this deep chakra healing work with you all over the next few months!
