Blended Reiki Session
My Reiki sessions are a wonderful hands-off approach to respect trauma.
In this style of healing session, we will focus on energy healing and release in the first 30 minutes with Reiki followed by assisted foot, calf, shoulder and neck stretching as well as scalp massage.
We will then come down to the floor on a yoga mat for some guided stretching and targeted myofascial release using a foam roller along with yoga spheres to reach those deep muscles and fascia for the remaining 30 minutes of the session so that you feel your best as you leave my office.
Bringing the physical body to the ground helps to integrate the energy work with the physical body to create embodiment and alignment of mind, body and Spirit.
Reiki is meant to resolve emotional distress while allowing the physical body to restore soft tissues and allow healthy cellular growth.
Reiki is known for its calming effects on the nervous systems, reducing depression, anxiety and physical/emotional pain and inflammation.

Distant Reiki Energy Healing
In this style session, you are laying cozy comfy in the comfort of your own home. I will reach out about 15 minutes before the session begins to check in with you. I always suggest calming meditation or spa style music, low light, aromatherapy oils and comfy clothing.
I focus completely on the session during the first 45 minutes and then reconnect with you to go over anything that came up and to share your experience as well.
Distant womb healing Reiki can be done as well.
Sessions can be done through Google Meet, Fb Messenger or by phone/text.
60 minute distant session cost- $95
Session can be done in office or distant.

In the distant style session conducted through fb messenger, google meet or text by phone, you can enjoy a fun hour of clearing and clarity.
Here is what you can expect.
About 15 minutes before the session begins, I will reach out to have you settle in with calm music and comfy clothing. I will let you know when I am beginning, and I will communicate as soon as the reiki session is over. We will take a few moments to go over anything that came up during the session or any energetic blocks that I may have come across.
I will then begin to settle in while shuffling a few Tarot cards and follow up with a few Oracles. This can be a general or specific reading.
