Shadow Work Reading
Formerly known as a Medical Intuitive Reading. This is an in-depth Psychic reading.
During this 60-minute reading, I will tap in at the start of your scheduled reading. I will spend the first 10 minutes channeling information that I pick up while focusing on you and your energy. I can pull a wide variety of information so please be ready for that. I will have my notes on a pad of paper and will either come out to get you in my waiting room or I will then call you virtually to connect and go over my findings. This style of reading is deep and gives insights as to where your body may be holding onto old traumas or energies. When we store energies, it can start to create a range of issues from chronic sore muscles to illness and dis-ease. Tapping into your energy can lead me to old past traumas needing cord cutting or past loved ones may come through. Spirit Guides find their way into many of my sessions for guidance as well. This session is great for those looking to dive deeper into their own healing and spiritual path. This reading shapes a healing plan for you to follow as you start your deeper shadow work journey. Past Experiences- Understanding traumas being stored in the body and cycles that shape your journey and how to shift them.
Spirit Guide Communication- Channeled wisdom from your guides to illuminate your path. They oftentimes come in to encourage opening up your psychic channels in specific ways for each person.
Messages From Departed Loved Ones- Heartfelt connections and validations from those who have passed find their way into some sessions.
Yoga- As a 250-hr. licensed and registered trauma informed yoga teacher, I may also offer easily accessible shapes to assist in releasing energy from the body and assistance with guided techniques to downregulate the nervous system.
Virtual sessions are conducted through FB Messenger or Google Meet. Notes will either be given to you at the end of your session or sent to you after the session concludes.

In this two-hour transformational session, we will spend the first hour diving deeply into a psychic shadow work reading where I will pull a wide range of information. This may include

Channeling is done in my office while you sit in the waiting room. After 7-10 minutes I will bring you in to go over my findings.
After I channel information for you, we will then take the remaining time to discuss what has come up for you.
The second hour will be dedicated to providing you with an hour of luxury relaxation and deeply transformative high end energy healing blending ancient traditions with modern energy healing techniques to help you release trauma, calm your nervous system, and find grounding. Focusing on healing, integrating and releasing what has come up during your personalized shadow work reading.
This is a very deeply spiritual and energetic session, so it is suggested that you take the day for yourself and time for reflection after your session if able.

2-hour Intensive Energetic Therapy session cost- $350

High Vibe Chakra Reading!
An emailed psychic reading pulling information from your energy centers.
In this style of reading, you will schedule your time slot for your reading. At that scheduled time, I tap in and pull information from each of your chakras. I will let you know if your chakra is blocked, under active or overactive. I will also provide information about what each chakra is storing for you personally from past experiences. This reading will also provide any feedback that I pick up as well as fun holistic ways to balance your energetic system from my Restore Your Chakras E-Book.
This style of reading is emailed to you upon completion at the end of your scheduled time. This reading typically takes up to 45 minutes for me to complete and send over to you.
I will send the reading to the same email that was used to schedule the session.

The last 30 minutes you will experience the Sacred Sole Reflexology session which includes oils, energy clearing through the chakras in the feet as well as extreme grounding and regulation for your nervous system.
