Welcome to Namaste Young! My name is Katie. I am a psychic medium, medical intuitive and certified spiritual life coach. I use my abilities in a wide variety of ways to support women on their journey of self-development and trauma healing. At Namaste Young I blend ancient traditions with modern energy healing techniques to help women release trauma, calm your nervous system, and find grounding.
